(The MBTI helps clients understand how their personal preferences such as work style, communication style, information gathering, problem solving and decision making affect their performance and work relationships.) Nancy is past president of the Long Island Coaching Alliance (LICA), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Psychological Type (APT-NY) and The Association for Operations Management (APICS). She is a board member of the NYC-LI chapter of APICS.
